Imogen Power - Physiotherapist
Imogen is a physiotherapist with a solid foundation in Pilates, dance, and supporting young people. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and completed her Certificate IV in Pilates prior to entering the profession. Her Pilates training continues to guide her approach to functional movement, strength development, and long-term injury prevention.
Imogen has spent many years working with children and young people through dance and Pilates. She has taught across junior and senior dance programs and supported dancers of all ages with safe skill progression, confidence building, and improved body awareness. Her warm, calming style helps children and families feel comfortable while encouraging confidence, independence, and curiosity in movement.
Imogen has particular interests in chronic condition management, developmental delays, and supporting people experiencing mental illness, including those navigating eating disorders. She is passionate about providing a non-judgmental, body-positive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in building healthy movement habits that align with their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Outside of work, Imogen enjoys Jazz dancing, reading, and beach walks.
