Group Therapy and Exercise Classes

Our Kids Group Exercise Classes provides an individualised and targeted group environment.

These classes use Pilates based equipment (Core Kids), land based exercises, fun games, and our climbing room to help your child achieve their goals.

Junior Jumpers

Individualised program based on the child’s gross motor developmental needs.

Circuit-based activities held outdoors (weather dependent) with a focus on gross motor skills. Fun activities and games are targeted to help all children achieve their goals.

Suitable for ages 5-9

Classes are capped at 5 participants to ensure adequate supervision and assistance.

Private health rebates and NDIS funding available.

Initial assessment required before commencement.

Core Kids

Individually designed programs completed utilising a mixture of Pilates and gym based equipment.

Suitable for children and teens looking at improving their overall health, strength, mobility, or for management of injuries and chronic conditions.

This class is a popular choice for dancers and athletes wanting to enhance their training.

Suitable for ages 10 and up

Classes are capped at 5 participants to ensure adequate supervision and assistance.

Private health rebates and NDIS funding available.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

Suitable for dancers wishing to improve their technique or rehabilitate from an injury.

Progressing Ballet Technique is a program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon to enhance strength, alignment and control in dancers using fit balls (gym ball) and small props.

It is a series of exercises performed to music to continue to enhance artistry within the student.

Suitable for ages 10 and up

Classes are capped at 4 participants to ensure adequate supervision and assistance.

Private health rebates not available for this class.
